A Megrendelő kijelenti, hogy a Fotográfus mind fotózási, illetve szerkesztési stílusát ismeri, ellene kifogása nincs. 

 A Megrendelő elfogadja, hogy a Fotográfus által átadott képek további szerkesztéséhez csak a Fotográfusnak van joga. (Beleértve az instagram vagy egyéb filtereket is. )

A nyers fotók a Fotográfus tulajdonát képezik, azok ki nem adhatóak. 

​Mivel a képek a Fotográfus szellemi termékei, így a Megrendelő engedélyezi a Fotográfusnak a fénykép(ek) referenciaként való korlátlan mennyiségben történő, korlátlan ideig tartó felhasználását. (Amennyiben nem járul hozzá, úgy a Fotográfus csak 30% felár ellenében tudja vállalni a fotózást.)

Amennyiben a Megrendelő a fotók kizárólagos használatának az igényéről a fotózás után tájékoztatja a Fotográfust, úgy vállalja a következményeit, hogy 100%-os felárat kell megfizetnie. 

A felhasználási jog kiterjed az fénykép(ek) korlátlan számú és korlátlan ideig történő többszörözésére, terjesztésére, bármely módon történő (nyomtatott, internetes) nyilvánossághoz közvetítésére és átdolgozására.

A Megrendelő kijelenti, hogy a képek nyilvánosságra hozásánál a Fotográfust feltünteti. Tudomásul veszi, hogy amennyiben elmulasztja, úgy a szerzői jogi védelem alapján akár a jogdíj 100%-ának a felára is terhelheti.

Abban az esetben, ha a Megrendelő egy harmadik személynek átadja a képeket, akkor őt is köteles erről tájékoztatni. A felelősséget a Megrendelő vállalja.

​A Fotográfust nem terheli semmilyen felelősség, így kárfelelősség sem a fénykép felvételek olyan harmadik személy általi felhasználásáért, melyre vonatkozóan a Fotográfus harmadik személy részére nem adott engedélyt. 

​A Megrendelő elfogadja, hogy a fotózás során az általa okozott esetleges kárt köteles megtéríteni a Fotográfus felé. (Tárgyi eszközök: fényképezőgép, objektív, vakuk, lámpák).

​The Client declares that the Photographer knows both her photography and editing style, he/she has no objections to it.

The Client accepts that only the Photographer has the right to further edit the images submitted by the Photographer.

Raw photos are the property of the Photographer and cannot be released.

As the images are the intellectual property of the Photographer, the Client authorizes the Photographer to use the photograph (s) in reference quantities for an unlimited period of time. (If you do not agree, the Photographer can only undertake the photography for a 30% surcharge.)

If the Customer informs the Photographer about the request for the exclusive use of the photos after the photo shoot, the Photographer accepts the consequences in that the Photographer has the right to publish, and in all cases a 100% premium must be paid.

The right of use extends to the reproduction, distribution, transmission to the public (in print, on the Internet) of the photograph (s) for an unlimited number and for an indefinite period of time.

The Client declares that he will indicate the Photographer when publishing the images. You acknowledge that if you fail to do so, you may be charged up to 100% of the royalty under copyright protection. In the event that the Customer transfers the images to a third party, he is obliged to inform him as well. The responsibility lies with the Customer.

​The Photographer does not bear any responsibility, including liability for damage, for the use of the photographs by a third person for which the Photographer has not given permission to a third person.

The Client accepts that he is obliged to compensate the Photographer for any damage caused during the photography. (Tangible assets: camera, lens, flashes, lamps).
